Academy 4 Care Specialist

Position Summary:
The Academy 4 Care Specialist reaches out to volunteers and donors to express gratitude for their service and generosity to the program. In addition, specialist will be able to listen for feedback from the person they call and invite opportunity for prayer, giving, and service in the program. The Academy 4 Care Specialist reports to the Volunteer Relations Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Must embrace the mission of Academy 4 to connects churches to schools and their communities to mentor 4th graders in leadership.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have strong active listening skills
  • Must be comfortable praying with volunteers as the opportunity arises
  • Excel in customer service skills
  • Have strong conflict management skills
Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct winsome conversations with Academy 4 volunteers and donors
  • Record excellent notes on the conversation in Academy 4’s CRM system.
  • Brief Academy 4 teammates on the content of conversations when additional follow up is needed
  • Provide regular summary reporting on activity and results to the Volunteer Relations Manager
  • Achieve monthly goals for number of contacts and quality level of calls
Salary and Benefits:
