Academy 4 Program Manager

Position Summary:
The Academy 4 Program Manager participates in the oversight, stewardship, and leadership of Academy 4 with a specific emphasis on training, supporting, and leading Site Coordinators. The Program Manager ensures compliance with Academy 4 policies and procedures and helps to maintain Academy 4 standards and brand at each program location.
The Program Manager reports to the Program Director, and leads Lead Site Coordinators, and Site Coordinators to execute the program and foster strong, positive relationships with church and school partners.
Qualifications:
  • Must embrace the mission of Academy 4 to connect churches to schools and their communities to mentor 4th graders in leadership.
  • Understands the importance of service and work as a servant leader to support site coordinators in their jobs.
  • Work in an organized manner and excels at executing processes and procedures and has a great attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate sound critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Be a team player who is experienced at managing a team and able to hold individual team members accountable to established standards, goals, and assigned tasks.
  • Describe clearly the goals and supporting tasks that accomplish the mission of Academy 4 in written and verbal communication.
  • Demonstrate servant leadership training and supporting site coordinators in their roles
  • Deploy expert Lead Site Coordinators as additional source and layer of support for site coordinators.
  • Managed assigned tasks in a timely manner with initiative.
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint. and MS Teams.
