Support Specialist

Job Description:
This person will be responsible for answering calls and returning messages through the helpdesk and will assist volunteers with the registration process. They will support the Academy 4 virtual program and help troubleshoot any problems participants encounter while logging in. They will also perform general administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Must embrace the mission of Academy 4 to connect churches to schools and their communities to mentor 4th graders in leadership.
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of the of how Academy 4 recruits, registers, and trains volunteers.
  • Promptly respond to volunteer questions via email or phone.
  • Assist with virtual support on Academy 4 Friday.
  • Maintain good records of all transactions.
  • Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
  • Perform administrative tasks as requested
