4Families is an Academy 4 program designed as a tool to equip local churches to encourage and build Christian community among families. The 4Families program facilitates the development of sustainable relationships while meeting the needs of the local community.
Parents and families journey alongside each other through Raising Highly Capable Kids, a proven 6-week course created to help build stronger families by giving parents confidence, tools, and the skills they need to raise healthy, caring, and responsible children.

As a Volunteer this year, you'll journey alongside parents and other family members through Raising Highly Capable Kids™, a proven, 6-week course created to help build stronger families by giving you the confidence, tools, and skills you need to raise healthy, caring, and responsible children.
Start Serving Today!
As a Navigator, you will:
Commit to one night a week for the entire 6-week program
Facilitate table discussion and activities
Build positive relationships and support the growth of Christian community
Guide families to connect with a network of support
As 4Families Crew, you can:
Help with set up and tear down for each session
Help lead and oversee childcare
Help with greeting and registration at the beginning of each session
Help with serving the provided meal for each session
