4Families is an Academy 4 program designed as a tool to equip local churches to encourage and build Christian community among families. The 4Families program facilitates the development of sustainable relationships while meeting the needs of the local community.
As a Volunteer this year, you'll journey alongside parents and other family members through Raising Highly Capable Kids™, a proven, 6-week course created to help build stronger families by giving you the confidence, tools, and skills you need to raise healthy, caring, and responsible children.
Volunteer Roles
Crew: Help create a welcoming environment by assisting with setup, serving dinner, and cleaning up afterward.
Navigator: Help parents and families feel welcome and connected. Navigators guide conversation, facilitate introductions, and encourage meaningful discussion and community at their table.
Childcare Crew: Partner with childcare workers to prepare the childcare area before families arrive and assist with cleanup afterward. Volunteers help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging environment for children throughout the evening.
