Whether your church needs a place to start community outreach or needs a boost to connect relationally, Academy 4 provides an easy solution. Academy 4 partners with your church and the community to provide a mentor for EVERY 4th grader in the economically disadvantaged schools we serve. Members of your congregation serve together to create a meaningful and joyful experience for students and themselves.

01 — Reach Every 4th Grader…
at a critical time in the development of a child, as we work to provide a positive adult mentor for every 4th grader to build an encouraging relationship.
02 — Build Community…
as all volunteers serve together once a month on a Friday afternoon and become a tangible manifestation of community for the 4th grade students and that entire school.
03 — Surface Needs…
in the school and community with a large number of volunteers connecting relationally who learn first hand the challenges children and families face.

of mere transactional generosity through a relationship focus that positively encourages 4th graders and their families.
