Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing tactical support to the various A4 programs across multiple sites, by supporting site coordinators, assisting with program processes, and contributing to program team efforts.

Must embrace the mission of Academy 4 to change lives through building relationships.
Work in an organized manner and excel at executing processes and procedures while maintaining standards and great attention to detail.
Demonstrate sound critical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities.
Able to clearly describe the goals and supporting tasks that accomplish the mission of Academy 4 both in written and verbal communication.
Demonstrate servant leadership while training and supporting site coordinators in their roles.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and MS Teams.
Able to walk considerable amount on school campuses, lift and carry up to 20 lbs of supplies and equipment to run the program.
Full time, in office position.

Communicate and collaborate with program leadership to support Academy 4 programs.
Support Program Manager, coordinating, maintaining, and reporting on tools to track progress, challenges, overall performance and compliance of policies, procedures, and standards across all sites.
Support the onboarding and training of Site Coordinators on systems, policies, procedures, and standards.
Assist in implementing processes and systems throughout programs · Provide ongoing tactical support to site coordinators helping them prep, troubleshoot, and execute administrative tasks for each of their programs.
Support efforts to recruit, train, screen, and support all volunteers.
Implement work systems and processes that effectively drive productivity and scalability.
Identify any issues or challenges that may arise during program implementation and collaborate with the team to take appropriate steps to address them.
Oversee and help implement procurement processes in coordination with the program team and the Procurement Coordinator.
Coordinate with Community Partner Manager and Procurement Coordinator to support community partner service project events.
As necessary, fill in as acting Site Coordinator for an absence or if a position is vacated for a period of time.
Support recruiting efforts throughout the summer and program year.
